RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Customers may exchange within 7 days of receiving the goods. To request an exchange please contact us within 7 days on sales@luisa.com.au to advise that you would like to exchange. You must include your delivery receipt with your return. 
All items must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used. Failure to do so will compromise the exchange or refund, as items must be in re-saleable condition.
Return delivery costs are the expense of the customer.
If an online credit note is given it will be valid for 6 months and can only be used once on-line. Customers cannot use an online credit note in store. Each customer will receive, via e-mail, a unique coupon code, which will allow the appropriate discount for his or her following on-line purchase through Luisa Boutique.
