Returns and Exchanges

Customers may exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the goods. To request an exchange or refund please contact us.

You must include your delivery receipt with your return.

All items must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used. Failure to do so will compromise the exchange or refund, as items must be in re-saleable condition.

Return delivery costs are the expense of the customer.

If an online credit note is given it will be valid for 6 months and can only be used once on-line. Customers cannot use an online credit note in store. Each customer will receive, via e-mail, a unique coupon code, which will allow the appropriate discount for his or her following on-line purchase through Luisa Boutique.

Luisa Boutique will only give full refund where items are believed to be faulty.

Items that are believed to be faulty will be at the discretion of Luisa Boutique. The customer is required to return the item (at their own expense), or alternatively e-mail a photo, for Luisa Boutique to inspect the manufacturing fault. In cases where Luisa Boutique does believe the customer has received a faulty item a full refund will be made. To report a faulty item please contact us via email.
You are not entitled to a refund when the item has been worn, and/or used for a long time.
