Shipping policy
Your order will be dispatched within 4 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday). If you need it by a certain date, please let us know in advance and we can prioritise it or offer express shipping (this may be at additional cost).
We use Australia Post with tracking for both Australian and International orders. Australian orders take approximately 2-6 days and allow 5-10 working days for International orders from the time posted.
We do not ship to post office boxes or mailboxes. Phone number and email address required on all orders.
International buyers please note import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
